Visitor Outreach - LCOS welcomes visitors who are interested in exploring our community of faith. Every effort is made to greet and welcome you on the day you visit. However, please take the opportunity to fill out the visitor information card found in the pew rows and drop in the offering plate so that we can formally introduce ourselves to you.

Membership - at Lutheran Church of Our Savior involves attending one series of the New Member Education Class, which are held approximately four times a year. Prospective members are given the opportunity to more fully understand our church history, theology, stewardship, and the commitment of faith; as well as become familiar with the different programs of the church. Following the membership class, those who wish to join will do so during a worship service of their choosing.

Getting Involved - is an intentional effort to help new members feel more a part of the church family by getting involved. This is done with the help of our stewardship program that can help identify your spiritual gifts and talents. This may be through building friendships, cooking, youth mentoring, educational opportunities, or one of the many other areas of service to the church or community.It is our belief that a church member will receive much more than he/she gives when they regularly attend worship services, share their spiritual gifts, and support the church financially. Involvement is the key to benefiting fully from membership at Lutheran Church of Our Savior.

New Member Education Class - The new member education class is scheduled periodically throughout the year - approximately 4 times each year. All persons are asked to participate in all four sessions. Each session meets in the Library on Sunday mornings during the Christian Education hour. A Nursery Attendant will be on duty.

Next Series of Classes - Our next series of New Member Inquiry classes will begin soon. These classes will be held as part of a Basic Christianity Class series to be conducted by Pastor Hall. Everyone is invited to attend this class, members included, not just those interested in church membership.
