Reading the Bible with Martin Luther


It has been said that if Luther were here today he would be on the web, and he is.  Or at least many of his writings are, as are many resources for Bible study.  For your personal study, here are a few of many Internet resources:

Bible Gateway:  http://www.biblegateway.com/   If you like to try out different versions or have a need to see a passages in another language, this site can show you many many ways and many languages in which God's written word is available.

Blue Letter Bible:  http://www.blueletterbible.org    Within the text of Galatians, includes Luther's commentary.  Also dictionaries, lexicons, hymns, images, maps, and other study resources. 

ELCA The Library at the Lutheran Center Electronic Bookshelf:  http://www.elca.org/library/ bookshelf/bibles.html Too many resources to name, but includes Lutheran texts and study helps.
